Good listener? There for your friends when they need you? Perhaps you’re stuck in a soulless job without any sense of fulfilment? Or maybe you’ve seen care work first-hand and feel inspired to make a difference as a live in care worker. If you have a minimum of 3 months experience as a live in care worker, are patient, kind and compassionate, and willing to live in the service users’ home for a period of one to two weeks at a time, the role of a live in care worker could be the right role for you.The working day

- Living with the service user/s for a period of one to two weeks at a time
- Dressing service users and preparing them for the day
- Supporting with personal care
- Shopping and supplies management
- Bringing a dose of good cheer
- Helping with mobility around the home
- Bed making and laundry
- Putting a smile back on somebody’s face
- Preparing and cooking meals
- Having a much-needed natter

Shift patterns range with each live in service we provide, whether you want to work as a live in care worker on a weekly, or fortnightly basis, we’ve got something to suit you and your lifestyle.
We only accept applications from live in care workers who have a minimum of 3 months live in care experience, your experience should be within the UK and will be evidenced as factual as part of the recruitment process.
